We were there tonight and had another fantastic dinner. Chad Ramenda is a great Cook and the offerings there are very imaginative along with extremely tasty. Rob, our waiter was very attentive and polite. Thank you for another excellent dining experience.

The restaurant has been undergoing structural and extensive design renovations. We didn't know they were revamping the appetizers and the menu items. Although they've kept a lot of their classic dishes, we were delighted to have sampled some of the new appetizers during their grand opening. WE stayed with our usual appetizers during our meal, BUT we three tried the new dishes and were delighted with the new use of herbs, creams, subtle flavors that enhanced some great combinations. Friday night is fried fish and chips, all you can eat! The best I've ever had! They had just remodeled and it was very modern, clean looking.

Driving cross country from New York to Oregon, this was the place recommended for delivery to the Inn at St. Mary, our stop for the night. To say we were ready for a wonderful meal is an understatement. After perusing their menu, we ordered the tagliatelle with fresh roasted vegetables, the wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and roasted heirloom tomatoes, and the Thai chicken and shrimp over wild rice. Dessert was eggnog creme Brule. A nice chardonnay and a malbeck. Oh my - everything was out of this world delicious!! The chicken was butter tender and the shrimp plump and juicy. Beautifully plated and presented. If only we were staying for another night. This incredible meal will fuel us forward when we order yet one more pizza. Thank you, Bistro 933!
